    Juniper Green Energy has promoted Ankush Malik to the position of Chief Executive Officer. The change in leadership is intended to drive the company further into India’s rapidly developing renewable energy sector.

    Ankush Malik’s Extensive Experience

    Ankush Malik brings over 15 years of experience in the power sector to his new role. He has held leadership positions at Orange Renewable Power and gained valuable experience at ICICI Bank and Lanco Infratech. His academic background includes degrees from IIT Delhi and IIM Lucknow.

    Leadership Transition

    Malik joined Juniper Green Energy as Chief Operating Officer on April 30, 2024. In his new role as CEO, he will oversee the company’s operations, business development, project execution, and regulatory compliance. His leadership is expected to drive the company’s long-term growth strategies.

    Focus on Renewable Energy Expansion

    Juniper Green Energy focuses on developing, constructing, and operating utility-scale solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy projects. The company has achieved an operational capacity of 1.1 GWp. Under Malik’s leadership, the company aims to capitalize on the growing demand for clean energy in India.

    Malik expressed his commitment to advancing India’s energy transition.
