When we talk about waste in India, people tend to envision piled-up landfills. But there is one more problem on the verge of emerging: e-waste. The phones, computers, batteries, and other electronics are not properly disposed of, resulting in the release of toxins into the ground, water, and the air. This is where Dream Waste Solutions Private Limited comes into play. Dream Waste Solutions Private Limited, a young company based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, is tackling the issue of e-waste collection and recycling in an appropriate manner.

    How It All Started

Dream Waste Solutions was established in January 2025. The company is an incorporated company in Kanpur with the name of the directors being Rajat Bhardwaj and Mohd Usman Malik. They are in their infancy and the company belongs to a new generation of small but operationally oriented waste companies that are responding to the challenges of environmental issues of India, city and community.

    What They Actually Do

The essence of the work performed by Dream Waste Solutions is straightforward: e-waste management. They gather used electronics, such as laptops, phones, batteries and other electronic devices. They then sort them, dismantle and recycle them, according to all the regulations of the pollution control authorities. Placing the e-waste in the back alleys and the informal dumps will lead to environmental destruction and health hazards to the sanitation workers and the communities around the areas where it is deposited, the company will be contributing to the reduction of this factor.

    The Way They Work

Instead of technologic boasts. Dream Waste Solutions is all about the fundamentals: ensuring that regulations are adhered to, proper management of logistics and no hazardous materials are found in the wrong hands. Their primary consumers are companies, organizations and anyone who produces a lot of e-waste and requires someone who actually understands what he/she is doing.

The company has branched out in northern India in 2026. As more individuals are becoming aware of the threat posed by e-waste and tighter regulations go in, they are jumping to the occasion in order to close the divide.

Why Does Any of This Matters

The amount of e- waste produced in India each year is in the millions of tonnes. Such companies as Dream Waste Solutions are not the spotlight, but they do count. Whenever Dream Waste Solutions picks up a box of used electronics and disposes of it safely, they are addressing a significant issue. It does not sound glamorous; nonetheless, it is real work that protects the country’s future, one recycled gadget at a time.
