The solar Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects of Green Energy Seva have been growing well as the need to have clean and affordable sources of energy increases across India. The company has also managed to implement various rooftop and ground mount solar projects to residential, commercial, and small industrial customers. The growing demand of renewable energy, the decreasing prices of solar equipment, and the favorable government policies have contributed greatly to the demand of EPC services, and Green Energy Seva is among the rapidly expanding companies in distributed solar market.

    Franchise Network Consolidates Nationwide.

One of the reasons behind the growth of the Green Energy Seva has been its fast growing franchise model. The company has also anchored new franchisee in various states and this has allowed the company to enter Tier-II and Tier-III cities. This decentralized method has assisted the company to grow at an efficient level and also generate local entrepreneurship. The model offers advantages to first-time renewable energy entrepreneurs because franchise partners have access to centralized technical support, uniform project execution processes and brand recognition.

Increasingly, the Residential and MSME sectors have become the largest consumers of energy per capita on a daily basis. The residential and MSME segments are increasingly emerging as the biggest consumers of energy per capita daily.

Residential customers and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have recorded a relatively high penetration by Green Energy Seva. The increase in the cost of electricity and frequent power supply challenges have been the two factors that have influenced households and small firms to use rooftop solar systems. The tailor-made solar systems, variable pricing, and full project management offered by the firm have assisted it to win this increasing customer base, in particular the semi-urban and rural markets.

Concentrate on Quality, Training and After Sales Support.

In order to be able to maintain growth, Green Energy Seva has invested in training of technicians, quality control systems and after sales service infrastructure. Franchise teams are taken through regular training programs so as to maintain adherence with safety standards and effective running of the systems. The company is stressing on long term customer relationship based on timely maintenance and performance observation which has resulted in repeat businesses and positive word of mouth referrals.

Prospective Congruent with the Clean Energy aspirations in India.

In the future, Green Energy Seva is set to increase its portfolio and franchise base on EPC in accordance with the renewable energy goals of India. As the nation is determined to drastically expand its solar power in the next few years, the company believes in the good prospects of the rooftop solar, hybrid, and energy storage integration. The management believes that both EPC and franchise-led growth in India will continue to pick up as the policy is supported and the environmental awareness increases.
